InterContinental Hotels' new "Honeymoons on Us" program treats couples to a complimentary honeymoon at 28 of their U.S., Canadian, and Mexican properties when they book the reception at another North American InterContinental. The InterContinental Mark Hopkins in San Francisco can be paired with the InterContinental Presidente Cozumel Resort & Spa, for example.
The more you spend on the reception, the longer the honeymoon: a $15,000 reception is good for three nights, $20,000 for five nights, and $25,000 for seven nights.
Room rates typically range from $259 to $390 per night, so newlyweds should save at least $750 through the promotion. All bookings and travel must be completed by Dec. 31, 2007; ichotelsgroup.com
