You'll enjoy afternoon tea at Fortnum and Mason, a £10 gift voucher for Harrods department store, and ice-skating tickets for the Natural History Museum Ice Rink. You can add extra nights or upgrade to hotels such as Kensington Close, Jurys Inn Chelsea, or Grosvenor House for an additional cost dependent on dates of travel. For example, add extra nights at the Royal Eagle for $66 per person per night through Dec. 31. Or upgrade to the Park Inn Hyde Park for $75 per person through Dec. 15.

Before you go, check the weather forecast, exchange rate, and local time at BudgetTravelOnline.com.

In comparison, the lowest round-trip fare we've found to London in mid-November is $489 from New York City (British Airways). For only about $65 more, the British Airways promotion covers airfare, three nights' lodging, and some bonuses.
