The package includes round-trip airfare on a major carrier such as Delta and a three-night stay at the grand Fairmont Royal York Hotel, located on a main drag near the business and theater districts. The CN Tower, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Art Gallery of Ontario are a short walk away. Add extra nights for $205 per room per night.

Dinner at the 1,850-foot-high CN Tower's revolving restaurant 360 is also included. For the latest attraction and event information, visit the official site torontotourism.com/visitor. And you can check the local forecast and exchange rate at BudgetTravelOnline.com.

What Makes This a Deal? The lowest round-trip fares we found for Toronto in mid-December are: $257 from Boston (multiple carriers); $261 from New York City or Baltimore (US Airways); $267 from Washington, D.C. (multiple carriers). Rates for a double room at the luxurious Fairmont typically range from $165-$255 per night.

If the room averages $210 per night over three nights and airfare is $265 per person, a do-it-yourself trip would come out to $1,160 before taxes, or $580 per person. In comparison, for $525 per person, Leisure Link covers the airfare and three-night stay as well as dinner for two and hotel taxes, all of which should translate into savings of about $150 per person.
