Even without the discount, we find that this is a good deal. In comparison, the lowest round-trip airfare we found recently between Fort Lauderdale and Jamaica, departing in early May 2007, was $279 (Air Jamaica). For departures from Atlanta the lowest rate was $427 (Air Jamaica).  From Chicago, the lowest rate was $405 (American). A weeklong stay in accommodations at Country Country for mid-March was recently $1,120 per couple (or $560 per person). That would bring the do-it-yourself total to $849 per person, plus airport/hotel transfer fees of about $30. If you book the Jet-A-Way Holidays package, you'll save at least $93 per person.
