All hail Helen Mirren, Jude Law, Kate Winslet, and Madonna! (Well, maybe not Madonna.) The Brits have the world's sexiest accent, as determined by a poll on BudgetTravelOnline.com, the website of Budget Travel magazine. The poll received 2,092 responses.

The Top 10 Sexiest Accents:

British: 20.0%

Irish: 14.1%

Australian: 12.5%

Scottish: 11.9%

French: 10.5%

Italian: 8.5%

Spanish: 4.0%

South African: 3.3%

Jamaican: 2.1%

Brazilian: 1.9%

Also receiving votes: Russian (1.8%), New Zealand (1.5%), Argentine (1.3%), Swedish (1.3%), West Indian (1.1%), Greek (.8%), Canadian (.7%), Thai (.5%), Mexican (.4%), Finnish (.3%), Hawaiian (.3%), Japanese (.3%), Portuguese (.3%), Turkish (.3%), Chinese (.2%), Swiss (.2%)
