Why It's a Deal According to a recent search on Kayak, the lowest round-trip fare between Miami and La Romana is $406 with taxes in mid-January (American). For an additional $513, the Beach Destinations package covers airfare, as well as four nights' all-inclusive accommodations, daytime activities, nightly entertainment, and all taxes and fees.

More Some optional activities are available at the resort at an additional cost, including diving classes, horseback riding, and golfing. You must book these activities on location. Additional nights are $150 per person per night.
