If you could recommend one restaurant in your town, what would it be? We're looking for any info you can think of: When it opened, where it's located, what it looks like inside (great, quirky details are a plus), who the chef is, and of course, why you love the food—what's that one dish you always order? Use the form below to submit your recommendation (and please, no plugs for restaurants with which you have an affiliation!).

Here are a few examples from our Eat Like a Local series: Chicago, Boston, and Hawaii.

The submission deadline is December 31, 2007; only one submission per person. We regret that we won't be able to include every submission we receive, and we reserve the right to edit for length and clarity. Once you send in your story or photograph, it becomes our property—intellectual and otherwise.
