The Gist Inside this Victorian-era town house, 25 rooms range in size from singles with shared bathrooms, to spacious family rooms offering private bathrooms and either twin or double beds. All rooms received a makeover between 2008 and 2009. Some have cream paint, rural prints, and dark blue carpets; others have pink wallpaper and matching pink bedspreads. By March 2010, all rooms will be outfitted with flatscreen TVs and free WiFi. Online reviews describe the furnishings as simple and functional. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, which means that it can be hard work getting to the most spacious rooms on the top (fourth) floor if you're carrying bags.
