When you go to the Italian Alps, the point is to be outside, and everything about the Theiner's Garten Bio Vitalhotel is designed with that in mind. Each of the 57 guest rooms has floor-to-ceiling windows and a private terrace looking out on the hilly grounds. The staff lead excursions around the seven-acre property, including the medicinal herb garden and the apple and peach orchard, where you're invited to pick as much fruit as you want. All meals are part of the package—dinner goes on for five courses and is made from organic ingredients. You'll also have unlimited access to the Turkish steam-bath, the two saunas (one Finnish, one herbal), and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
