The setting of Stockholm's new Story Hotel, a traditional town house in the elegant Östermalm district, can trick you into believing you live there, as can the decor: velvet armchairs from the '70s, Oriental rugs, and art from Wonderwall, a Swedish company that specializes in limited-edition signed prints. Rooms range from the 123-square-foot Super Squeeze to the 581-square-foot Lily Dam Suite, which has a separate room with a pullout sofa, a work space with a desk, and two balconies. The bath products in all rooms are from Kiehl's.
