Three nights at the Broadway Mansions Hotel Shanghai costs from $198 per person; two nights at the Grand Noble Hotel Xi’an costs from $107 per person; and three nights at the Beijing International Hotel costs from $233 per person (taxes and fees included at all hotels). Added together, you’d be paying $1,657 per person just for international airfare and accommodation alone. For $158 less, this vacation package also includes two domestic flights, all ground transportation (including an airport transfer on Shanghai’s one-of-a-kind maglev train, which reaches speeds of 268 miles an hour); twelve meals; a detailed tour program, including entrance fees; and all other taxes and fees.
