Why It’s a Deal A recent search on Kayak showed that the lowest international airfare from Miami into Bogota and out of Cartagena starts from $619 with taxes for travel in late February (LACSA). Add to that $103 per person for the domestic flight (LAN) from Bogota to Cartagena, $283 per person, including tax, for four nights at Hotel Regatta Cartagena and $134 per person for two nights at GHL Comfort Hotel Belvedere, and you’d be paying $1,094 for airfare and accommodations alone. For just $105 more than that, this package covers international and domestic flights, six nights’ accommodations, six breakfasts and one lunch, three tours, all transfers, and all taxes and fees.
More Additional activities are available for a fee, including a tour into the crater of El Totumo volcano where you can take a mud bath from $34 per person, and a bike tour of Bogota from $72 per person. Extend your stay at Hotel Regatta Cartagena from $58 per person per night, based on double occupancy.
