Why It’s a Deal A recent search on Kayak showed that the lowest round-trip airfare between New York City and New Dehli starts from $1,355 with taxes for travel in late August (KLM). Add to that $55 per person, including taxes and fees, for one night at the Metropolitan Hotel; $110 per person, including taxes and fees, for two nights at the Gateway Hotel Fatehabad; and $93 per person, including taxes and fees, for two nights at the Ramada Jaipur, and your total for airfare and accommodations alone is $1,613 when booked separately.
