Why It’s a Deal The lowest multicity fares from New York City to Shannon and from Dublin to New York City for travel in mid-April start from $766 with taxes (Delta). For an additional $116, this Sceptre Tours’ package covers airfare, as well as six nights’ accommodations at hotels and B&Bs, four breakfasts, a rental car for a week with unlimited mileage, and all taxes.
