Why It’s a Deal According to a recent Kayak search, the lowest round-trip fares between Washington, D.C., and Orlando start from $189, with taxes, for travel in late August (JetBlue). Add to that $144 per person, including taxes, for three nights at the Holiday Inn Main Gate East, and you’d be paying $333 for air and accommodations. For $57 less, this JetBlue package covers the airfare, three nights’ accommodations, and all taxes and fees, plus the convenience of one-stop shopping.
More Optional activities in Orlando include renting a car ($30 per day through Hertz), a three-day Walt Disney World Resort Magic Your Way base ticket ($240 per person), a two-day Universal Orlando base ticket ($122 per person), or a one-day SeaWorld Orlando/Aquatica pass ($112 per person).
