Why It’s a Deal According to a recent search on Kayak, multi-city fares en route from New York City to Johannesburg, Johannesburg to Cape Town, Cape Town to Kruger Mpumalanga, Kruger Mpumalanga to Johannesburg, and Johannesburg to New York City start from $1,730 with taxes for travel in early September (South African Airways).
