With Father’s Day just around the corner, it’s time to give thanks for everything Dad’s done for us and treat him to the getaway or staycation of his dreams.

With the number of Covid-19 vaccinations on the rise, travel is finally making its long-awaited comeback. While you’ll still need to wear a mask on all methods of public transportation in the U.S. including buses, trains and planes, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has essentially given vaccinated travelers the green light to resume domestic and international travel—if you haven’t been vaccinated but still want to travel, please follow the CDC’s guidelines, listed here.

With Father’s Day just around the corner, it’s time to give thanks for everything Dad’s done for us and treat him to the getaway or staycation of his dreams, whether he’s into golf, baseball, brunch, movies, comedy or just wants to relax somewhere closer to home. Here’s where to celebrate Dad this year, with all Father’s Day weekend rates under $260 a night (based on a one-night stay from June 19–20) and all hotels within driving distance of major U.S. cities.
