JetBlue to charge $7 for a pillow and a blanket

JetBlue says it has removed recycled blankets and pillows from its planes and will soon begin selling a kit with a blanket and a pillow for $7 on flights longer than a couple of hours.
Meanwhile, United has emailed many of its frequent fliers to ask them if they would mind if it started charging for all meals on long international flights. Upgrade: Travel Better has posted the link you can click on to vote in the survey, too.
