Win This $4.3 Million Lake Tahoe Dream House

    Updated Jun 24, 2022

    Why we like this sweepstakes:

Win a 4-bedroom, 7-bath modern rustic home with mountain and lake views while supporting After-School All-Stars (ASAS) and their work to provide free, comprehensive programs and essential resources for low-income students and families across the U.S.

    YOU COULD:

    • Score a 4-bedroom, 7-bath modern rustic home with mountain and lake views
    • Entertain in your home theater, game room and rooftop deck with in-floor heating and a fire pit
    • Spend your winters on the slopes and summers kayaking crystal-clear waters
    • Have the option to choose a $3 million cash prize instead of the house

    What you'll get

“Dream House” only begins to describe this dazzling 5,200-square-foot Lake Tahoe property, built with reclaimed materials from all over the world. Welcome to your ski chalet, your lake lodge, your relaxation retreat and your fully equipped culinary castle.

You’ll live at the base of a ski resort, but if your vibe is more “hot cocoa and chill” than “black diamond thrill,” this is still the place for you. The sprawling main bedroom has a jetted tub, aromatherapy steam shower and fireplace. You can also get toasty—and toast with your friends—around the firepit on your rooftop deck, which has an outdoor kitchen, too. The indoor kitchen has all the bells and whistles to satisfy a top-tier chef, and the house’s location more than satisfies top-tier adventurers. Hike, bike, paddle, fish and live the ultimate lake life.

    Who you'll help

Funds raised will support After-School All-Stars (ASAS) and their work to provide free, comprehensive programs and essential resources for low-income students and families across the U.S. Founded in 1992 by Arnold Schwarzenegger, After-School All-Stars’ mission is to keep children safe and help them succeed in school and in life. This mission has never been more important than now due to the pandemic and its effects. ASAS’ students and families are being disproportionately affected by multiple layers of crises. These programs are vital to improve students' in-person and remote learning experiences and serve as a tool to amplify student voices.
